To submit your item, follow the instructions provided in the “How Do I Submit My Item?” section below. Once you do, we will take care of everything else.

We accept pre-loved designer items, including:

• Wallets & SLGs
• Totes & travel pieces

Common brands we accept:
Louis Vuitton, YSL, Gucci, Prada, MCM, Christian Dior, Celine, Furla, Coach, Michael Kors, Tory Burch, Longchamp, and more.

All items must be authentic and in sellable condition.

Every item goes through our in-house authenticity check:

• Serial/date codes
• Stitching & craftsmanship
• Hardware details
• Material quality
• Model consistency

If needed, a third-party authentication can be arranged (a fee may apply).
Non-authentic items are returned immediately.

• Standard term: 60 days

• Can extend to 90 days depending on item demand

• After the period, you may:

  • Retrieve the item
  • Extend the listing (We’ll review your item and suggest next steps)
  • Approve a final discount sale

You may suggest your preferred selling price, or we can recommend a competitive market price.
We consider:

• Brand, style, condition
• Current resale value
• Demand and rarity

Our commission is deducted only when the item sells.

Minimum payout: €15. Transferred after 15-30 days after the item is sold.

Shipping & authentication fees (if applicable) may be deducted.

You’ll receive your payout 15-30 days after:

• The item is delivered to the buyer
• No return or issue is reported

Payment methods:

• Bank transfer (IBAN)

Returns are accepted only if:

• The item is proven to be non-authentic
• Major undisclosed faults are found

If a return occurs, the item goes back to the consignor.

Yes!
We perform light cleaning, polishing, shaping, and presentation preparation.
If deep cleaning or light repair is needed, we discuss this with you first (please note that optional fee applies).

All items sold are shipped safely with tracking details via:

• PostNL (NL)
• DHL (NL & EU)

Buyers pay shipping.
We handle packaging, tracking, and customer communication via emails.

By submitting an item, you confirm that:

• The item is authentic
• You are the legal owner
• There are no undisclosed major flaws
• Information you provide is accurate

Counterfeit submissions are strictly prohibited and will be returned right away.
